After freeing the townspersons of Frozen Easthaven in chapter 6b, talk to one of them (any character whose tooltip reads "townsperson" will do; it doesn't matter which one).
He or she says a blessing for you. If you thank them for it (instead of ignoring it), they give you:
- 1 Potion of Regeneration
- 3 Elixir of Health
- 1 Potion of Storm Giant Strength
