Agannazar's Scorcher is a level 2 Arcane spell from the Evocation school, that creates a jet of fire to a creature, burning the target and anything that gets between.

Effects[]
When this spell is cast, a moving line of fire will appear between the caster and their target, and will follow the target as they move around. While channeling this spell, the caster will remain rooted in place, unable to move. The target will take 3d6 fire damage with no Saving Throw at the start of the round, and again at the end of the round. Any other creatures crossing between the caster and their target will also take 2d8 fire damage, with a Save vs. Spell allowed to halve the damage.
