Albion is the leader of an Eldathyn retreat that is not what it seems.
Location[]
He stands in front of the compound's entrance gate on Dragon's Eye, level 4.
Background[]
He appears human, and bears the title of Exalted Keeper of a retreat for followers of Eldath, the good-aligned goddess of peace and tranquility.
However, 
Interaction[]
As soon as you approach the Eldathyn compound, he initiates conversation with the party member in slot 1.
If that party member is a paladin (not counting blackguards), this encounter immediately results in hostilities and completes the quest:
- Exposing the fake monks (24,000 xp)
Otherwise, you can safely explore the publicly-assessible parts of the retreat (anything that is not behind a locked door), make use of the services offered by Geelo the Librarian and Sharra the Healer there, and then optionally come back to Albion to complete that quest. Once the hostilities break out in the retreat, Albion attacks you together with all the other Eldathyn.
