The atrolabe is the 4th floor of Labelas Tower (wizards tower) in the Severed Hand.
Description[]
Long ago, before the fall of the Hand of the Seldarine, the wizards of the Hand used the astrolabe to study the stars and the moon, as well as space and time itself.
