During the Heart of Winter main quest, the party must come here by boat to find here Hjollder (Reward: 280 000 exp) and convince him to defy banishment.
After that his will ask you to find and give him Wylfdene's Tribal Insignia (Reward: 420 000 exp).
Now Hjollder may return party back to Kuldahar. Or party may stay to find and speak to Gloomfrost Seer (Elk Tribe).
