When you first enter Lower Dorn's Deep via the Wyrm's Tooth transition area, chapter 6a of the game starts.
You find yourself in Durdel Anatha, the main cavern of Lower Dorn's Deep. This cavern has a lot of combat, and some optional quest content:

Lower Dorn's Deep is a non-linear compound with multiple large areas branching off from the main cavern in different directions. You will have to visit most of them for the remaining chapter 6a main quest steps.
The goal of chapter 6a is to acquire the remaining lieutenant badges, and then use them to confront Revered Brother Poquelin. At this point you should already have Krilag's Badge and Joril's Badge[1]. That leaves:
