Frostbite is a people-eating wyrm encountered in the Icewind Dale game.
Location[]
He hovers in the wyrm lair (near the main cave entrance) in the Frost Giant Caves.
Background[]
He can speak in simple sentences.
His clan includes four other (unnamed) wyrms. They coinhabits the Frost Giant Caves with Joril's frost giants, and have an arrangement where every day, Joril sends one of his human slaves to the wyrms as a sacrifice (so the wyrms can eat them).
Interaction[]
You can talk to Frostbite, and he freely admits to eating slaves. If you tell him that this must end, he and the other four wyrms turn hostile.
Killing him is a requirement for completing the side-quest:
- Freeing the frost giants' slaves (600,000 exp)
