Full Plate Mail is the best non-enchanted armor a character can wear, and one of the most defensive armors that can be worn all around. With its bonuses, full plate mail offers the fourth best piercing and slashing, and fifth best missile armor class, being outperformed in each only by mithral field plate armor +2, full plate mail +1, and white dragon scale armor, and, in the case of missile armor class, the more unique and situational missile attractor armor.
Acquisition[]
- Either kill Flozem on the second floor of Marketh's Palace in Lower Dorn's Deep and loot it off his remains, or, if a bard is in the party, convince him to become an artist and he'll drop the armor as he leaves.
- Purchasable from Tiernon in his workshop at the end of Gloomfrost's remorhaz tunnels.
