Geelo the Librarian is a member of an Eldathyn retreat that is not what it seems.
Location[]
He stands in the library (the room left of the compound's entrance gate) in Dragon's Eye, level 4.
Background[]
He appears human, and acts like the librarian of a retreat for followers of Eldath, the good-aligned goddess of peace and tranquility.
However, 
Interaction[]
If you talk to him and ask him about the books of the library, he encourages you to browse through them, but tells you that the locked side-room of the library is off-limits.
Further asking him about "magical texts", brings up his store interface (see #Buy & Sell below).
When asked about the Heartstone Gem or abductions in Kuldahar, he claims not to know anything
If your speaking party member is of non-lawful alignment and has 13+ INT, you can trick Geelo into leaving the library by telling him that Albion wants something from him. This, in turns, gives you one possible way of resolving the quest:
- Exposing the fake monks (24,000 xp)

Once the hostilities break out in the monastery, Geelo attacks you together with all the other Eldathyn.
