He is located in Gerth's Equipment Shoppe on the west side of town.

Gerth's family has lived in Kuldahar for several generations, the shop being ran by his fathers before him.
Gerth himself has an interest in history and collects objects of historical or cultural significance. If the player sells any such items to him, he will gladly sell them back should they be needed.
