Ghoul Touch is a level 2 Arcane spell from the Necromancy school, that paralyses a non-undead creature if they fail a Save vs Spell.
Descriptions[]
“ | When the caster completes this spell, a green glow encompasses his/her hand. If the wizard makes a successful melee attack against a creature, the creature must make a saving throw vs. spell or be paralyzed for six rounds. | ” |
— Original Game |
“ | When the caster completes this spell, a green glow encompasses his/her hand. If the wizard makes a successful melee attack against a creature, the creature must make a Save vs. Spell or be paralyzed for 6 rounds. | ” |
— Enhanced Edition |
Effects[]
When cast upon a target, this spell causes a creature to be paralyzed for 6 rounds, unless a Save vs Spell is made. Despite the description, no melee attack is made, and the caster instead simply casts the spell upon a target at touch range.
This spell is ineffective against undead.
