The High Torturer is an evil yuan-ti leader.

He stands in the secret chamber at the end of the third corridor off the main hallway of level 5.
Background[]
Like the other yuan-ti of Dragon's Eye, he serves in Yxunomei's army and worships Sseth.
He is in charge of torturing captives for information, and of training other yuan-ti torturers.
He consideres torture an art, and refers to his victims as "patients" or "candidates". Some of them are first hypnotized by the High Baptist.
His eyesight is almost gone, possibly due to old age.
Interaction[]
When you enter his secret room, he initiates conversation. For a moment, you can make him believe that you are a student or a hypnotized victim.
However, no matter what you say, he eventually end the conversation and attacks you together with his two Yuan-ti Elite guards.
