He is a member of Poquelin's evil organization, likely under the command of lieutenant Marketh.
He is stationed in the Durdel Anatha Watchtower, where he seemingly commands five other archers. Through the tower's arrowslits, they shoot arrows at approching intruders.
The slave girl Fengla delivers food to him and his men.
