Long ago, before the fall of the Hand of the Seldarine, the wizards of the Hand came here to store, retrieve, and study knowledge.

Custhantos, the librarian, walks around the floor.
You can get the book Mythal Theory from him (through dialog), which you need to complete the optional side-quest Mythal lore (24,000 exp) in Kuldahar.
You can also get some other books from him, which don't have any in-game use.
