Lower Dorn's Deep is part of what remains of the ancient dwarven stronghold of Dorn's Deep.

Whereas Upper Dorn's Deep contained the main military fortifications/barracks, forge, and cemetery of the ancient dwarven complex, Lower Dorn's Deep encompasses the residential areas, palace, temple, mines, and an even greater forge.

When your party first reaches Lower Dorn's Deep, chapter 6a of the game starts.
The goal is to collect the remaining lieutenant badges, and use them to confront Revered Brother Poquelin. In addition, there are several optional side-quests (see below).
