It is located in the top-right corner of the village. Outside the building is a sign which depicts a corncob, and shows the text "Pomab's Emporium" when clicked.
Pomab, who is the owner of store, runs the place on his own.
The upper floor is his living quarters, where you can steal some loot without any repercussions.

He sells items for 150% of the item value and buys them for 50%? of the item value of the item.
