Presio is an evil necromancer-priestess in league with the "boss" of Dragon's Eye.

She awaits you in the walled room across the bridge in level 3 of Dragon's Eye (but see #Interaction below).
Background[]
As a priestess of Talona, the evil goddess of poison and disease, Presio has reached the rank of "Most Debilitating Holiness". For this, she was given a ceremonial dagger (Presio's Dagger +2) which she carries with her but does not use in combat.[1]
In addition to practicing her clerical prowess, she also studied the arcane art of necromancy.[2]
Following Talona's alliance with Yxunomei,[spoilers!] Presio is now reinforcing Yxunomei's monster army in the depths of Dragon's Eye.
She describes her motivation as such:

By calling upon the combined power of Talona and Auril, Presio has created a number of Undead Lieutenants to help her control her level of Dragon's Eye.[4]
It is hinted at that Auril's aid was gained by deceiving Lysan, Auril's chosen, as the goal of bringing warmth to the region runs counter to everything Auril stands for.[3]
Presio has also raised various other undead creatures to guard her.
Her role in Yxunomei's[spoilers!] army appears to involve military intelligence as well, as she keeps a journal (Presio's War Journal) analyzing various notable individuals related to Yxunomei's struggle against the "Old Enemy"[SPOILERS!!!].
Interaction[]
When you first enter level 3 of Dragon's Eye, you are accosted by Presio speaking through one of her Undead Lieutenants.
As you advance through the level, she spouts more threats at you via additional Undead Lieutenants.
The last Undead Lieutenant conversation is right before the bridge crossing the stream. If your speaking party member is a mage or a good-aligned Paladin, you can challenge Presio to come out and fight you in a 1-on-1 duel – see:

If you don't duel her, she remains in the walled room on the other side of the bridge, and attacks you as soon as you get there.
