Description[]

Slow causes creatures to move and attack at 1/2 of their normal rates. It negates Haste, but does not otherwise affect magically sped-up or slowed creatures.

Slowed creatures suffer -4 penalties to attack (THAC0) and Armor Class. To make matters worse, creatures save at a -4 penalty against this spell.
