When cast, this spell creates an explosion of snowballs in the target area, dealing cold damage to all creatures in the area of effect. The damage dealt is dependent on the level of the caster, dealing 1d3 cold damage per level, up to a maximum of 8d3 cold damage at level 8. Against any creature with 100% or more Fire Resistance, this spell instead deals 1d6 cold damage per level, up to a maximum of 8d6 cold damage at level 8.
