Terikan (tooltip "Lich") is a necromancer who turned himself into a lich.

Initially, he stands on the elevated central platform of the Tiers of the Dead in Upper Dorn's Deep.
After being killed, he can respawn there and in the neighboring Hall of Heroes.[2]

He attacks you on sight. When killed, he respawns after a short while.
To permanently dispose of him, you have to complete the main quest step:
- Destroying Terikan (52,500 - 136,500 exp)
