Compared to an unenchanted mace, this deals 3 more damage, has a bonus of -3 to its THAC0, and a speed factor of 5. It can hit creatures which require weapons to be of +1 enchantment (or greater) to be hit.
Additionally, the mace has a 10% chance on each hit of lowering the target's luck by 4 points for 16 seconds. This effect bypasses the target's magic resistance, if any.
