The Tome of Leadership and Influence is a magical tome found in the Trials of the Luremaster expansion.

Upon use the tome permanently increases the user's Charisma by 1 and in the process it destroys itself.
To use it, place the tome in the quick item slot of the party member whose Charisma you want to boost. Then, activate it from the item ability toolbar on the main game screen. The stat boost occurs, and the tome disappears (so you can only use it once).
