The Tower of Orrick the Gray is the home of Orrick in Kuldahar.
Description[]
This tower, nestled atop a hill on the northwest part of the hamlet of Kuldahar, belongs to Orrick the Gray, who lives here with his goblin housekeeper Weenog. Orrick is found in his study within the tower where he carries out his research on "an ancient and nearly forgotten arcane lore". He also sells the player various unique magical items and also buys certain types of items from them.
Buy and Sell[]
Orrick buys items at 80% of their base value and sells them at 120% of their base value. Depreciation rate is 20%.
